2.Electrolyte preparation system with Autonomous control, including a press filter and a plant for the deactivation of toxic ions Cr6+. The system reduces the complexity of the removal of the reaction products (sludge) from the electrolyte, eliminates the need for additional production space for settling of the electrolyte, reduces the consumption of the electrolyte due to the discharge of dry sludge.

4. Installation for deburring ECD204. 
   The unit is designed for deburring and rounding sharp edges at the expense of the ECM process is stationary electrodes-tools. The cycle time is 0.5...2 minutes with simultaneous processing of several parts/several places on one part.
