Technological equipment of LLC "ECM" can become a business card of the Republic of Bashkortostan

A breakthrough for the Russian electrochemical technologies may be the production of the supply of the electrochemical machine Ufa production company "ECM»(http://www.indec-ecm.com) for the world leader in the production of components of gas turbine engines (GTE) and electronics, One of the largest technology companies in the world, held a competition to choose a supplier of electrochemical equipment. During the competition it was necessary to make test processing of complex parts. The customer conducted an audit of production facilities in the world centers for the production of ECHO equipment - Germany, USA, as well as in the Ufa company "ECM". From November 2016 to February 2017 complex negotiations and technical coordination on the supply of high-tech electrochemical machine, with representatives of the company.
The equipment had the most stringent requirements for environmental friendliness, energy safety, occupational safety, as well as compactness. Additional complexity was extremely short terms of production of the equipment.

Highly appreciating the technical and ergonomic performance of the equipment produced by "ESM" from the customer it was decided to conclude a contract with the Ufa company.
On August 4, in the presence of representatives of the customer's company, the preliminary acceptance of the electrochemical complex took place. In the coming days, the equipment will be sent to the manufacturer of GTE, and then the specialists of the company "ECM" will fly to the customer for installation of equipment and training.
It should be noted that our customer is not the only foreign company that showed interest in the products of the Ufa enterprise. Thus, one of the divisions of the world's largest company for the development and production of turbomachines – which specializes in 5-axis processing of components of the flow part, was interested in the electrochemical equipment of the Ufa company ECM. Having evaluated all the advantages of modern machines produced by "ECM" between the two companies held negotiations on the supply of equipment.
Currently, all the tests have been carried out, a contract has been signed and next month it is planned to ship the equipment to the company from another continent.
In the long term, the company has export potential, ESM machines have already been delivered to Japan and the UK.

*LLC ESM is founded in 2010 with support of GC RUSNANO on the basis of developments of scientists of Ufa state aviation technical University, for the purpose of production of precision electrochemical machines for production of details from a wide range of metals, alloys, metal ceramics and nanostructured materials. OOO "ECM" is included into group of companies "Stankomontage" (www.stankomontag.ru), which also includes OOO "SM-SERVIS", OOO "Ural-Engineering" and LLC "Mrobo".
Today machines LLC "ECM" work at the enterprises of JSC "UEC", JSC "ODK-Old", PJSC "NPO "Saturn", JSC "UMPO". The machines are supplied to enterprises of technodynamics, companies group "GAZ", enterprises of "Rosatom", negotiations about supply of equipment to the enterprises of Roskosmos.
**Difficult to process materials by traditional methods, require new technological solutions to the problems of manufacturing parts in the world industry. Electrochemical machining is a fast, cost-effective machining process that eliminates heat, mechanical loads, operates silently, processes a 5-15 µm Ra wide surface in a single pass, does not require additional checks and secondary processes such as deburring, hand finishing and grinding.
